Great on the Grill Fillets

Ingredients:
2 Gorton's All Natural Cajun Grilled Fillets
1/2 small red pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 small green pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

Directions:
1. Set grill to medium-high, tear off two 15" x 10" pieces of foil, place half the vegetables in center of foil, top each with Gorton's All Natural Cajun Grilled Fillet, bring edges up and fold over forming seal of pouch.
2. Place on grill, cook for 9-11 minutes or until fillets flake easily with fork and serve immediately.

**Don't forget to check out my Gorton's Seafood Give-Away!

I LOVE fish, but Bill doesn't... so this is something that I wouldn't make at home, darn.
I eat fish when we go out, like when he took me out the other day, I had salmon... mmm.
This looks so good, thanks for sharing and good luck with your giveaway!!
