I went to bed very late last night so today is a kind of a lounge around day! Sunday's usually are. ~snicker-snicker~ Well, I was browsing through Facebook and look what I found. Doesn't this sound good? Especially if you're on a diet like me. It's kind of a cheat treat, but NOT! Check this out! ENJOY!
1 large Cucumber, chilled
1 large Apple, chilled
1/3 Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette (one with 5 grams or less of sugar)
Splash of Lemon juice
Slice apple thin and gently toss with a little lemon juice. Peel cucumber and slice thin ( I used a mandolin) Put the cucumber slices and apple slices in a bowl and toss with the Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette.
