Being as this is a  "Freebie" week I decided this is what I wanted to share this week & I hope you don't mind (& I know you won't).
I saw a video over the weekend that actually made me shake and tears came rolling down.  I lost a child not from Cancer, but does it matter I still lost one. This video really touched my heart.  I lost my Dad to lung cancer, my mom had breast cancer, but she beat thank the Lord, but to think that all these children you're going to see actually put this video together with this song "Stronger by Kelly Clarkson I am totally speechless.   Bless this fighting hockey player, Chris Rumble that put it together.  My prayers for him and all his little buddies to beat his Leukemia and their Cancer.

My question is:  What time do you eat supper?

Answer:  My husband likes to eat late & sometimes as late as 9 or 10 p.m. I was raised the family eats together. So I use to wait for him if I could, but if I got hungry sometimes it would be 8 or 8:30 p.m. This is a no no so now because I stay up late I eat no later then 7:00, but most of the time it's 6:30 maybe 6:00.

Not sure if I showed you guys this one or not, but this is my paternal grandmother holding my bride doll & me in the middle, and my mommy - 1955.  What I love to do is to check out what's in the picture like when was the last time you seen one of those coffee pots on the stove or milk in a glass bottle.  MMmmm Is that Pumpkin Pie I see?  Mmmmm Gram's pumpkin pie.  Okay, I'm outta here.

My Dad right before he was drafted and went off to War.  He was a cabdriver, and 19 yrs. old.

My question is:   Okay people I'm on a diet, and other than the old stupid joke when we were kids how do you lose 10lbs of ugly fat?  Cut off your head joke - I'm on a diet and I need to lose weight yesterday.  I have very poor will power.  So any suggestions?  If I could just lose like 10 lbs. kinda quick it all gives me incentive to keep going.  It's this gain a lb lose a lb crap I hate.

Answer:   I'm not using oil on any of the food I cook.  I'm just using the spray if I fry at all.  Mostly salads, microwave or oven/broil.  Eating tons of fish and I'm on the no white diet.  No rice, no bread, no noodles etc.

My Mom, my oldest daughter graduating grammar-school & the proud MaMa  I think it was 1982 Isn't she cute?

My question is: What would you do if you disagreed with your doctor?

Answer: Hubby says I'm not going to him anymore cuz he's a quack. My cardiologist took a blood test (long story) & found out  I had cellulits, but she cannot take care of me because that's not her area of expertise & go to my GP.  I go to him & he disagrees & says the solution was those tight nylons. I told  him I had them & they cut into my skin once they swell up so evidently they're not doing the trick if they're still swelling.  Wrong size he says.  I got them at a medical store paid the over-priced stockings & they don't fit?  I don't think so.  Well, Dr. A says I disagree with Dr. B.  Personally I think they should've discussed it between them not tell the patient.  I was so mixed up & nervous yesterday.  So tomorrow I got to a different doctor.
