You see I love fish, and it's good if you're on a diet to lose those extra pounds we gained during the holidays..

In honor of my new Give-Away sponsored by Gorton's Seafood I found a yummy seafood recipe I'd like to share with everyone.
2 Gorton's All Natural Cajun Grilled Fillets 1/2 small red pepper, thinly sliced 1/2 small green pepper, thinly sliced 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Set grill to medium-high, tear off two 15" x 10" pieces of foil, place half the vegetables in center of foil, top each with Gorton's All Natural Cajun Grilled Fillet, bring edges up and fold over forming seal of pouch.
2. Place on grill, cook for 9-11 minutes or until fillets flake easily with fork and serve immediately.
