Sunday we did the First Annual Toys for Tots picnic. I met two of the Stylistics, and just so you know who they are here they are back in the day!

And today unfortunate two of the gentlemen weren't there (someone said they passed on, but I'm not sure). Also, I had a very big let down. Well, the gentleman tried. You make your own judgment, but this is what I heart and saw. The lead singer of the Stylistics was singing and the one back up fella that was with him is wearing white shoes and hat, the band behind them was just on that was playing when they walked in. E for effort guys! Still love your hits guys:

Wow what an experience to meet someone who has once warmed many hearts. I am very familiar with and love their songs, but don't know they were called The Stylistics. Their songs are often played on Philippine FM radio.
That's a great experience to meet one of the men from that era. And they tried.
However Dave is rocking out! :)

The Designated Riders sound fabulous, as usual. I really liked the Stylistics when they were younger, but they seem to have lost it now.
Glad you had so much fun over the weekend singing, meeting stars, and raising money for a good cause.
