C-line Expanding File & Presentation Book Review

So, as you can see my son is holding my new "Expanding File with Handles. It's a 13" Pocket/12 Tab. It has a Velcro closure, soft sided fabric finish, and a archival quality poly.  Okay Boy, I see that look in your eye "that's mine"!  LOL
Photobucket
I think he's thinking of ways to cop out with my new expanding file!!!

FOR A BETTER DESCRIPTION " Professional-style expanding file keeps documents organized. Looks like a briefcase yet organizes like a filing system. 13 pockets with 12 color-coded tabbed dividers. Soft-sided fabric finish. Velcro closure secures materials. Clear pockets hold up to 300 documents. File Jackets/ Sleeves/Wallets Type: ExpandingFile Materials: FabricPolypropylene Height: 12 3/8". " With Tax season well on the way... no I would say it's right around the corner. Being as I do our taxes as to getting it ready for our accountant. I get a % off because I do bring everything neatly together and sepearately including a spreadsheet of expenditures. Working out of the house has it's advantages at tax time and it comes in handy when you don't have any more kids at home.
Our next item as you see Tatyanna is holding it is a "C-line Bound Sheet Protector Presentation Book".  A DESCRIPTION:  "Present your projects in a professional manner in minutes Presentation book features bound-in, clear top-loading polypropylene sheet protectors that lie flat while the book is open. Storage pocket on the inside front cover holds extra materials. Acid-free, archival quality sheet protectors fit 8 1/2" x 11" pages. Clear view spine insert is reversible for instant customization. Number of Sleeves: 12 Front Cover Colors: Black Back Cover Colors: Black".

Now this particular one I've decided to use for important documents such as birth certificates, living wills & our wills, deed to our home, titles for cars, marriage license etc.  All in one place and placed in our fireproof storage box under lock & key.  I think it'll really keep them in good shape if & when needed.

So this is what I would use these items for, but I'm sure you can think of more to fit your own situation, teachers and business men alike, but for us Moms or at-home teaching care we can think of a lot more great ideas.  Such as 8X10 pics that are from long ago not in a frame, but just kept safe in your new "Expanding File or Presentation Book".  ENJOY!
