4 oz.   Smoked Ham, chopped

Beat your eggs and water with a wire whisk.
Stir in your ham and then a 1/2 cup of the cheese with 2 tbsp. of the cilantro
Pour into a greased 9" pie pan and then sprinkle with your remaining cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until it puffs out and golden brown.  Sprinkle with remaining cilantro and WAH LAH!  NUMMMMMMMMMERS!

I'm glad you posted this! We're having Easter brunch on Saturday morning instead of Sunday dinner...and I was wanting to take a frittata. I've never had one before...and couldn't even remember what it was called. Thank you!

Thanks for recommending a place to "share" my recipes. But as we all know, I not about the food, I'm about the laughs. Have a wonderful day.
