My question is: What do you think your children will be when they grow up?
When they were young they wanted to be a little of everything. My oldest I think she always wanted to be a wife & mom. My youngest daughter wanted to be a paramedic and she's a wife & mom, and she's studying to be a nurse, but I think she's going to stop off and be a paramedic first and see how she likes it. My youngest son he's a mama's boy & he always wanted to be a singer & nothing else, and my oldest he always wanted children, and was always the Boss type. He now owns a Board up Company, married and two beautiful children.

It's amazing how fast time passes as we parent our children. Sometimes you just want them to slow down.
It's interesting how they grow up to be something close to what they want.
Q: I don't know what my kids will be when they grow up, but I know baby girl wants to be a princess and the boy wants to be a policeman :) For 3 years now he's been telling me he wants to be policeman, so you never know.
Oh boy do I feel sometimes that I must have blinked and while I was doing so life went and fast forwarded itself...
Aloha,

You know, it's a cliche, but a TRUE cliche; time just flies by in the blink of an eye (hey, that rhymed).
When I was younger, I wanted to be a little bit of everything, too. I think it's just a child's imagination. I wanted to be a ballet dancer (I had a costume tutu), a doctor, a police officer (I used to go around writing people pretend tickets LOL).
Now, I want to do EVERYTHING ^.^
Well...this one is an easy question to answer since my kids are "big boys" (lol) now. 28 & 26. One is a financial analyst with a big company and the other is a fire safety engineer for a big architecture company. However, I have to say one thing that surprised me as to how they turned out and that is their personalities as an adult. I thought one would have certain traits and the other totally the opposite, and to my surprise, the one who I thought would be laid back is the one who is a personality type A, and the one that I thought would be serious is the one who is laid back. Either way, I am so proud of both of them as to the men they have become!!
Princess Nagger has been steadfast in her determination to be a Paleontologist, though lately it seems her focus is shifting, so it's anybody's guess at this point. Whatever she decides and sets her mind to, though, she will go far! And I better stop blinking. ;)
Shutting down and hitting the road - sorry I didn't get a chance to reply about the link...send one to me and I'll see if I can plop it into my post over the weekend at one of our stops. :)
Have a great weekend, Marie!

Both of mine are now in college. The older one will be a physical therapist. The younger one still doesn't know, and I think she'll ultimately do something in fashion. But mostly, I know they'll be happy.
My oldest is almost 9 and I definitely see him going into some kind of engineering or computer field like my husband. My little guy is only 5, but he is fascinated with the medical world - so something in that area.
My little monkey is two and I have NO CLUE what she will be!! She is daring, outspoken, but sweet and gentle :) She could be anything!!
Freeloaders.....trust me on this one...they're grown. :)
Have a great weekend!

They're pretty much grown-up, but I'm not sure what they're going to be! Good people, that much I know. :)
I so get the blink and they've grown thing. :) Love these pictures!
I think Kacie will be some kind of artist or anything having to do with fashion. Kiana will have a job helping others. Kaila, I have no idea. :-)
How sweet that your son was momma's boy. Can I tell you that makes me a bit envious? My son is so independent that he's certainly not.
Anything they want :D
I dont have any kids. I hope my dog is calm when he grows up :)
