Xmas Dolly said...  I'm really new at this and I have no idea what I'm doing. Well, I started out with back trouble so this is going to be a slow process of losing weight. Right now it has been more depressing then anything else. I losing weight very slowly. I'm trying to do what exercises that I can, but for example we went bike riding for the first time by the river since my back operation. The bike had to be fixed to my shape once again ( the seat was too high), and my biggest problem was my fear. I didn't tell my husband, but I'm really scared to ride the bugger because I'm so afraid I'll fall off and break something. I also have osteoporosis really bad & that also prays on my mind. Well, more tomorrow about how I got started on my journey of a new me (I hope).

PUR water strongly believes that everyone deserves access to clean water now and for generations to come.

PUR greatly reduces chlorine and chlorine byproducts in water.

Chlorine is added to tap water by cities to kill pathogens but afterward, disinfection byproducts can form. The chlorine and chlorine byproducts are not removed by city filtration systems, but by using by PUR water filters they can be greatly reduced or eliminated.

PUR faucet filters reduce many heavy metals that may be found in drinking water. PUR faucet filters reduce up to 10x more drinking water contaminants than the leading filtration brand's pitcher.
