Flashback Aloha Friendship Friday!

http://crazymamasblog.blogspot.com

My first born with her Grandpa's hat on 1969!  Her son looks exactly like this picture.

1969 - My Dad, Me (six months before the above pic was taken) and my Mom - Yes I'm PG with my first child, and that's my brother's convertible 1966 Chevy out in front of our house (ours was the second house though you can't see it).

             Question Of The Week

What do you love most about Autumn?   Color & the weather
Do you do anything special to mark the arrival of this season?  My Autumn is like your Spring because that's when I do my Fall Cleaning for the holidays.  Spring time comes I only bring out the lawn furniture etc. and connect the hose.  hehehe
Have you written any poetry –  I have done some in my day.
Taken any photographs –  Some
Made any crafts –  I crochet in the winter time.
Created any special recipes?  No, I use to surf the web for those now I surf Pinterest!

Question this week:  What do you do when you husband totally pisses you off?

I write this long e-mail how I'm right and he's wrong and I save it for a while and I delete it and give him the silent treatment because later on I figure it wasn't worth it in the first place anyway, but I still got it off my chest.  Never hold anything back.  Then I write him a small cold shoulder letter how I'm going to the store so he can have some me time, and usually when I get back he'll say he's sorry!  Works every time... unless I'm wrong after I think about it and then he'll find a note on his computer screen "I'M SORRY", but we never ever go to bed mad!

DON'T FORGET TO CHECK OUT ALL MY GIVE-AWAYS WHILE YOU'RE HERE~THANKS A BUNCH!  Please follow me in the new follower Linky Follower TOO - thanks!

Gee, is it Friday already? Dang, this week went by faster than what I imagined it would have. Have a good weekend!

That hat is swallowing up your child there Dolly! LOL Makes for a pretty darn cute picture though ^.^

When I get mad at Jake (and yes, our relationship isn't THAT perfect where we don't piss each other off now and again), I usually do the cold shoulder thing and then let him have it.

It never lasts long though because we always work things out (mostly) civilly :)

That little head was grandpa's hat rack when he came home from work (truck driver). By the way folks that's our very own NightOwlMama & she'd look just as cute today in Grandpa's hat as she did back when. We both miss him very much!

My hubby rarely pisses me off but when he does, I just calmly tell him so and leave it.

I've learned over the years to "pick my battles" so unless it's really worth getting into a fight over, I just leave it alone and then bitch it out to my friends to get rid of it :)

Have a fantastic Friday!

DH doesn't make me angry too often, but if he's in the wrong or at least I think he is then I just tell him while trying to be calm. I learned it's easier to work things through when things are handled delicately.

I will, as he says, have a certain look and I also ignore him.

I already follow but came visiting from the Friendship Friday Hop. Love the pics! I didn't realize Night Owl Mama was your daughter. I've been reading (and loving!) her blog forever! Good writing runs in the family, huh? :)

Aww, great pics, your daughter was an adorable baby!

Putting your blog hops into my library now. :)

I do the same thing Menopausal Mom does - bitch about it to my friends unless it's a battle I need to pick at the moment. And sometimes rather than confront him verbally, I'll send him an email - so we'll do an email back-and-forth thing rather than fight...seems to work! ;)

Have a great weekend, Marie!

I swear, we grew up in the same neighborhood :)

I've learned after being with him for 30 or so years, to just walk away and pick and choose my battles. My sanity is way more worth winning another argument.

Have a great weekend!

That's so sweet about you and your hubs.

And isn't it so interesting how kids tend to look like each other in the family.

Q: I usually huff and puff and blow our house down :)

LOL . But really I give the silent treatment. I can do it well. It still sucks.

Happy weekend.

He never does. Seriously! I spent 22 years in a dysfunctional marriage. Now my marriage is filled with kindness and patience. It's a good thing!

What a cool car you guys were standing in front of and your daughter, so cute, the hat just 'tops' it off :)

I put some fall decorations up in October.

My husband could only hope for the silent treatment LOL but typically after I hoot and holler I will eventually say I am sorry or he will, we have no problem spouting off and making up :)

When I'm upset about anything, I usually go to sleep!

Love the pic of the old car in front of the house!

I love your blog. I'm with you on the fall cleaning instead of spring. Happy fall fun.
