Wordless Wednesday/And now the swing!

I have to finish sanding this tomorrow, and then we're staining it the same color as the porch.  Also starting to put away summer nic nacs, statutes and things.  Uncle Sam is resting in his bed in the garage already (behing the swing).  By the way I got this swing for $2.00 at a garage sale about a year after I moved.  I love swings so what a fine! That was probably 2001!  Dang, I'm good!  LOL  Next week - finished product and our Fall decorations.!

Happy Wordless Wednesday is a great day to post a picture that “speaks” for itself, no words needed!  I blog-hop all day long looking at great pics & blogs, finding new friends! How about you?  I sign up at my buddies below & then from then on WHO KNOWS!

This was at our party, but it's an update on my Great Niece, Gianna and her big sister Kelsey!  They're both so cute!

How fun to redo the swing! I'm sure it'll look great by next week! I love the Adirondack on my porch!

I love that you were able to add a fun an functional piece of furniture to your house without having to spend a lot of money! I respect people who are about to use a little bit of creativity and elbow-grease to make over objects they already have instead of going out and spending lots of money on something new.

Darling baby with the glasses. That's not a bad find for a swing. I probably would have overlooked something like that because I'm not the best at crafting or upcycling but I wish you much success in getting it fixed up.
