Thursday's Recipe Swap Meet

WELCOME TO OUR 28th "RECIPE SWAP MEET"!
"Oh no, what am I going to make tonight"? Why not pick one of our Recipes! Your grandmother's secret recipe has a coming out party,and it's tonight!

We all have recipes from our family archives that we've collected over the years, and maybe some we have swapped from friends, magazines, cookbooks, & neighbors!

HERE'S MINE!  

Now these are going to be just a couple of quickie's I've gathered over the years!  Sorry no pics!
Liz's Marshmello Dessert - mmm
1 can of large fruit cocktail
1 cool whip
1 vanila pudding
a bag of marshmellows
Mix together - mmm


IMPROMTU MEATBALL
(I changed it just a tad from when I got it from MIL)
FOR MAKING THE LITTLE MEATBALLS
1 lb. of ground beef
bread crumbs
2 eggs
salt, pepper, majoram, thyme, garlic
SAUCE
2 large can of tomato sauce or stewed tomatoes (but if you use stewed you need to add a can of tomato paste and a can of water with each can you use - I use 2 cans)
chopped onion
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. barbeque sauce
2 tbsp. worceshire sauce
MIX TOGETHER
Spring noodles
Cook noodles put it in a flat pan- add meatballs once fried and cooked- pour sauce on- mix all together- sprinkle with parmesan cheese (I also sprinkle with shreddred cheese too) and bake at 300 for 45 minutes.

That sure looks like some mighty fine recipes, and short and sweet. Hope you don't mind if I copy them, and try them out. Sounds a bit mouth watering. Thanks for sharing.

First let me apologize for not getting a oat up. I am having some computer as well as health problems and I just couldn't deal with it yesterday. I'm still just trying to catch up on stuff today and doing so on both computer & iPhone.
As for your recipes... YUMMY!! the meatballs and the marshmallow thing look heavenly. I'm not a fan of pumpkin, but I bet Bill would love it.
