Tonight I made the hubby my special Cornbread to go with his pork chops. The only thing special I do is I add a half a jar of applesauce to the mixture. You know that little box you buy. Put the mixture in a bowl, add your 1/3 milk cup, one egg, and then a half a jar of applesauce. I bake mine in a bread pan sprayed with butter flavor Pam on 400 degrees for 20 minutes. mmmmm You're gonna love this stuff.
