Alicia Keyes - No One!
Beyonce "Who Won the World"
One last thing yesterday was the birthday of the "King of Rock & Roll"! Yes, Elvis himself, but do you know why I remember this when I'm really not such a crazy fan of Elvis? Don't get me wrong I like most of his music etc., but I remember because it was my Dad's birthday too. He would've been 89 yrs. old. Happy Birthday Man! I love you. (The "Man" thing was a joke between him & I). This was his favorite song - this one's for your Dad - I miss you!
It's time to put my dancing shoes on! I should be able to boogie the holiday calories off now, huh? Love your picks, Marie! You always put up some mighty good tunes for us to enjoy week after week. Looking forward to another year of grooving with you! =D
AW, happy birthday daddy! You raised the sweetest, most lovable woman in the world and I am so lucky to have her in my life! =) I love the Johnny Mathis song and the Lionel Richie songs, too. Have a wonderful week and get your rest to make sure you are feeling better soon. Love you... <3
Loved these picks! Oh, my gosh, Lionel Richie, how I loved him but I have to admit my two favorite were Alicia and Beyonce, love those two songs. Oh, and what a tribute to your Dad, how sweet.
