Hi Everyone!

 Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend. I just wanted to let you know that because of my move if you have my old buttons you can trade them for the new ones (or the ones on my blog). They're all updated (HERE & THERE). Any that you have that are not let me know, and I'll fix them. I think I got them all though! 

 Also, and this is the biggy I only have linky followers now, so if you could follow me there it would be much appreciated, and if you'll notice you have not been getting any e-mail from me it's because you have to re-register for my e-mail at the new place. So, if you have time to do all that I truly would appreciate it. Some of you have been asking, so I thought I'd do a mass e-mail, and a Post here to let you all know at once. I've also put it in today's Post at my new blog.

So, here's a couple of photos of mine.

This is a baby blanket I crocheted for my grandson when he was born!

This was a pillow and blanket I crocheted during the 9-11 crisis.  I was so confused as what to do this is the only thing that made me feel better!

This is a lap blanket I crocheted for my mother, and when she passed I use it now for myself.

Question this week:  Well, here I am in the years of my life that's for me & what I want to do with the rest of my life.  So, my raising years are done, and all I need now is to give advice when it's needed.  I never made plans on what I would do in my retirement because at that time I didn't really have a life other than motherhood & working to support my children.  So, what are your plans when you retire.
    
Answer:  I never really made plans yet.  I do know that I still would like to do more traveling, and I never want to move again.  I love my home, and who I share it with!  This Cinderella is going to live happily ever after!

Thursday Thoughts on Making a Difference

Wordless Wednesday Make a friend smile!

My friend just had surgery last week - a six hour back surgery!  She's doing great!

Happy Wordless Wednesday is a great day to post a picture that “speaks” for itself, no words needed! I blog-hop all day long looking at great pics & blogs, finding new friends! How about you? I sign up at my buddies below & then from then on WHO KNOWS!

My friend that I've know for 39 yrs. now (that's the one I just found through her son).  We lost touch for about 23 yrs., and we found each other through her son and my cousin.  What a reunion that was!  WHEW!  She had back surgery like I had, and we went to the hospital to visit and cheer her up.  She's doing very well.  I'm so happy for her!  She had a six hr. surgery, and they had her up and moving the same day!  SHEESH!
