Question Of The Week:
How long have you lived in your current home?
How many times have you moved in your lifetime?
How many times have you moved in your lifetime?
We've lived in our home 12 years this Halloween and I love this place, and where we live. Prior... gee... I really don't know how many times, but an educated guess maybe 15 times or more. It's a long story. Don't ask! lol
"In Hawaii, Aloha Friday a day of rest. So we're doin' the same. On Fridays we're taking it easy on posting. Therefore, our hostess is asking a simple question for you to answer; nothing that requires a lengthy response. My question is: Do you have a routine before you go to bed?
Take Medicine, shut off the computer. Then I make coffee and hubby's lunch. Clean any dishes left in the sink (I hate waking up to dirty dishes or empty beer cans anywhere LOL), check doors make sure they're locked, make sure Baby has water and shut off lights. Bathroom, lite off (I have baby flashlight so I don't step on the dog she likes to sleep with us wherever). I look out the window check basement door-closed, garage door-closed, turn down my side of the bed, slippers off then I put my Olay advanced healing intensive lotion (I love this stuff - it helped so much when I had cellulitis & the cellulitis burned my skin so it's scarred & lotion helps a lot - love it so much. Now that's one review I'd like to do for sure) on my legs, feet, arms and hands. Sip of water and lights out. My God I do a lot! Have a great weekend everyone!

My bedtime routine is that I take my meds, shut down Lily Laptop, and either read for a while in my recliner or go to bed, turn the TV on, hook myself up to my CPAP (sleep apnea) mask, watch a little TV and then I am zzzzzzzzzzzz.
As usual I LOVE your flashback pictures! :)
I don't think I actually have a specific bedtime routine - aside from the usual turning off all the lights, brushing teeth and hair...oh wait, I'll play a game on my phone or read on my Kindle for about a 1/2 hour before settling in for sleep. :)
Getting Ready for the First Day of School
No real bedtime routine, other than I don't usually GO to bed, and if I do, I just stay up until I flop over and crash. LOL
We just moved to our current house 2 months ago. 9 years in the house before that, and I hated every seond of it!
I just make sure I'm brushed and go potty and then I plunk in and I'm out cold.
Your mom is such a beauty!
So cool you have these photos girl. I wish I had even one.
Routine? hmm. well I stay up at lates as possible and then I get up to go brush my teeth and wash my face , but I end up putting dishes away, doing laundry, and a host of other things and it drives me nuts! But yet, I do it every day.
love these old photos and i have no routine
That is such a sweet picture of your mom and brother!
It amazes me how TINY your mom was! I think that was the norm for woman back in that day and age because both my grandmas (Mom and Dad's mom) as well as my Aunt Wini were super tiny, too.
We've lived in our current house going in 12 or 13 years next month :) I've only moved (that I can remember), twice.
As for a bedtime routine, I don't really have much of one. It's just a matter of when my body decides it wants to go to bed!
