 In a story inspired by true events, Sam, a twenty-something, fast-talking salesman, is tasked with fulfilling his estranged father’s last wishes—delivering an inheritance to a sister he never knew he had.

Against his wishes, Sam is called home, where he must put his father's estate in order and reconnect with his estranged family. In the course of fulfilling his father's last wishes, Sam uncovers a startling secret that turns his entire world upside down: He has a 30-year-old sister Frankie whom he never knew about (Elizabeth Banks). As their relationship develops, Sam is forced to rethink everything he thought he knew about his family—and re-examine his own life choices in the process.

What can I tell you?  I love Michelle Pfeiffer in any movie she does, and this sounds like a real life drama/comedy that could possibly happen.  I didn't read that it did so I can't tell you that, but I for one am definitely going to see this one.  Anyone game?  Have a great day!

 

AVENGERS: Scarlett Johansson’s Hollywood Walk of Fame Ceremony

Scarlett Johansson’s Hollywood Walk of Fame Ceremony held in Hollywood, CA 

Scarlett Johansson, who reprises her role as Black Widow in this Friday's Marvel's The Avengers, was honored  in Los Angeles with her own star on the Hollywood walk of fame. While the ceremony represents a culmination of well over a decade of cinematic work, several of Johansson's Marvel Universe co-stars were there to cheer her on, including Jeremy Renner and Clark Gregg!

Johannson stars opposite Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Tom Hiddleston, Stellan Skarsgård and Samuel L. Jackson in the May 4 release, written and directed by Joss Whedon.

MARVEL’S THE AVENGERS hit theaters everywhere on May 4^th!  

I definitely DO NOT want to meet the Black Widow in a dark alley at no time!

TANGLED EVER AFTER Review Clip

Okay, since I've been sick I've been a little slow so here we go.  Just found out A newly released clip from the all-new short TANGLED EVER AFTER playing in front of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST 3D has just been released, and I got it.  Check this out:

Personally I loved Tangled ever after. Her character was just too cool & him she so had him wrapped around her finger. lol

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST returns to theatres for the first time in 3D on January 13th, and I'm so lucky because we have an IMAX Theater right by my house. Woo Hoo!

The First World War is experienced through the journey of this horse—an odyssey of joy and sorrow, passionate friendship and high adventure. “War Horse” is one of the great stories of friendship and war— a successful book, it was turned into a hugely successful international theatrical hit that is currently on Broadway. It now comes to screen in an epic adaptation by one of the great directors in film history.

This movie looks like it's going to have us on the edge of our seats.  Guess I know where I'm taking my grandkids the week after Christmas while they're still home.  My oldest granddaughter loves horses.  I don't believe they've wrote a story since Flicka.

Starring Hugh Jackman (“X-Men Origins: Wolverine,”) as Charlie Kenton, a financially strapped, risk-taking former boxer who now makes his living on an underworld robot boxing circuit, operating the metal pugilists that made his human profession obsolete.

Jack Hughman has always been one of my favorite actors.  I can hardly wait until this movie comes out on Friday, October 7th!  We have a IMAX Theater (I'm not sure if this movie will hit the IMAX screen everywhere, but it is by me)  right by our house, and we're heading there on Friday!  Woo Hoo!  DON'T MISS IT!
