Happy Anniversary to my SIL & Daughter in their 7th year of heavenly matrimonial bliss!  Thank you to my son-in-law for being such a wonderful man, husband and father to all my babies.  He's a good man and treats my daughter wonderfully.  No mother could ask for more for her child.  Here's just a few of my favorite pictures!  Aren't they just made for each other!  I love you both!  Mom

The picture above is myself, my sister-in-law Linda, my brother Russ, my mom & dad & my mom's Mom Gramma better known as NaNa.  As you can see it was my brother's wedding day back in 1970.  To our right is my Mom playing the accordion probably back in 1993 or so.  She use to live in Las Vegas, Nevada & that's my step-dad Cliff.  They're both gone now, 2006.  She  played the accordion by ear, but she was really good.  She just couldn't play the left hand.

Oh my Lord, don't get me started!!!  Too many times to count.  The other day I wrote a post about my car.  So far the update on that is NOTHING!  They refused, said NOT GUILTY, and I turned it into my car insurance!  ooooooooooo I COULD JUST SMACK SOMEBODY!

TODAY'S RECIPE IS:    CRUSTLESS BROCCOLI QUICHE

Prep Time: 15 minTotal Time: 1 hr minMakes: 6 servings

4 eggs 1-1/4 cups 1% milk 3 slices whole wheat bread, crusts removed, cubed 4 cups small broccoli florets, cooked, chopped 1 cup chopped onions 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 Red bell pepper & fetta cheese (if desired - for color)

PREHEAT oven to 350°  Beat eggs and milk with wire whisk until well blended. Add bread; mix lightly. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. POUR into 9-inch square baking dish. BAKE 45 min. or until center is set and crust is lightly browned.
