Ladies I make my Cornbread from a box, BUT hubby didn't like it. Said it was too dry & bland. So, here's what I do with mine. I had a half a cup of Applesauce. Then...

| Spray my pan with butter spray! |

| Put 2 pkgs of Sweetner (or Sugar) & stir. |
I cook normally, and I'm really sorry, but by the time I got to the cake with my camera this is what I found!

| I guess he left me a piece? I guess he likes it! LOL The Applesauce makes it moist, a bit more flavor & sugar sweetens it a bit. Try it maybe the kids will even like it. |
