I joined Friday Follow at Midday Escapades, and what an explosion of new friends, and people just like me flying all over the internet to see one another. I would just like to make one little comment here if I may:
If there is someone's blog that you're not interested in, dislike or something on their blog offends you, please do not judge the rest of us by that one. Remember Jesus once said...if you had 100 sheep and one went astray..wouldn't you leave the 99 righteous sheep to find the one that went astray and bring him home... We're all here to have fun are we not? And didn't He also say unto us, "He That Is Without Sin Among You, Let Him First Cast a Stone ... It may only be for that one Post that you saw something that may have offended you. So, give everyone a fair chance and enjoy!

We have been together soooo long (married 29 yrs in April and dated for 7 years) that we ran out of things to get each other, unless he gets me DIAMONDS !! We will be going out for a romantic dinner.

I'm getting my husband a tie bar...I'm not happy about it but it's what he wants! A damn tie bar! He does this to me all the time! Since Marc is still in Afghanistan, I am not buying anything for Valentines...
Well...my husband normally likes practical things that he needs and normally I can't surprise him, but this year I decided to get him what I know he likes. We loved The Proposal and Ryan Reynolds is his favorite actor so I bought him that movie. Also amongst all the Conan and Jay Leno stuff I got him a Team Conan t-shirt. Plus some candy. I think I will like it.
That's a good question. Don't know what I'm getting him. Hum, what will I get is the question.
As man I want something special I hope that my wife cooked pasta for me.Guys love simple things.

I got him a card and a small (like 6 pieces) heart box of chocolate, plus a book (Hop on Pop by Dr. Seuse - inside joke).
We also went out on a date for a nice dinner at a small French Bistro in town, it was wonderful.
