HAPPY SUNDAY!

What a gorgeous day today!  Hubby is out front doing yard work, and still taking down Christmas decor, and we're having brunch!  

Earlier a friend of Dave's stopped by a guy Dave went to school with, and a musician buddy!  Eddie plays the drums in a band called, "Pinching Pennies".  The reason I tell you about Eddie is because soon I will be doing a point about Eddite's band and holding a give-away of their latest CD.  Also, he has a Disc Jocky Business, and I will be holding a give-away for one of his Tee Shirts!  Also, (in the making) is a give-away for my husband's CD now being sold at CD BABY, a CD called, "In the Begginning", with all original songs on it written, performed, and recorded by Dave Moody (my hubby)!


Well, that's the news!  Here's some pics I just took of our good friend, Eddie Lutz!  He's such a sweetie!  Ooops, that's Dave...  oh, and there's Eddie!  Easy Rider the Sequel!  lol

TOOTH EXTRACTION IS NOT FUN!

Do take my advice, please! 

Visit your dentist annually.  Your  visits to the dentist are a vital part of staying healthy. With proper dental care, gum diseases and tooth problems can be properly diagnosed and treated before the problem can become serious. Ignoring simple dental problems can leave you vulnerable to bone diseases or infections that spread throughout the body, causing serious illnesses.

 

Tooth extraction is not fun.  I unfortunately had to get three of them pulled today, and he put a plate right in.  I feel like a mule kicked me in the face.  I came home, and I tried lay down for a while.  That worked for about a half hour.  Then it started to bleed again, and again, and again.  Okay, this is not good.  Hot compress for a while.  That seemed to work for a little while. Really you truly should take good care of your teeth, and do you annual visits when you're supposed too.  I did, but unfortunately back in the 70's I had an accident where I had a tooth knocked out & then a bridge put in, which eventually the teeth went bad, and I had to get a partial, which also caused them to go bad eventually, and with a vitamin deficiency I had more problems, which lead me to today!  BUT I will have my smile back shortly.  WOO HOO! 

Once my mouth starts to feel better I will show you a picture of my brand new smile.  I hope

Keep your teeth healthy, and your smile showing bigger than ever, but

taking care of your teeth is not just to show off your pearly whites. Taking care of your teeth will help prevent many illness's.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY, MOM!

If roses grow in heaven, Lord, pick a bunch for me. Place them in my Mother's arms and tell her they're from me. Tell her that I love and miss her, and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while because remembering her is easy, I do it everyday. There's an ache within my heart that will never go away. Happy Mother's Day in Heaven!

I wish Heaven had a phone so I could hear your voice again. I thought of you today, but that is nothing new. I thought about you yesterday, and all the days before that too. I think of you in silence; I often speak your name. All I have are memories and a picture in a frame. Your memory is a keepsake, from which I'll never part. God has you in His arms, I have you in my heart.

 



 This is my Mum-in-law (& her baby boy) who I also miss very much. She was my best friend! 

We lost her the same year as my mother!
