PARADISE MIST SPA SERVICES! PART II - KEY LIME COVE VACATION

Continued: Part II PARADISE MIST SPA SERVICES.

At the end of this corridor was my dream date!   HELLO!  HELLO! Hello! hello, hello, hello, hello You see I was contacted by Jennifer from the S&L Hospitality, and asked if I'd like to check out the Paradise Mist Spa Services at the Keylime Cove facilities!  HA!  Like I was going to refuse that.  LOL Right under their service sheet it says "Prepare to let your inner spirit gently smile"!  Now is that cool or what!  Well they have everything from Skin Care, Massage,  Waxing Services, Body Treatments, Nail Services, and Spa Packages!  I mean talk about being Queen for a Day!

This is what you see when you first walk in.

When Jennifer first contacted me she sent me via e-mail a 40% off coupon for their Spa & after we communicated back and forth a bit when we checked into the Cove we weren't there 15 minutes in our room, and this lady came (sorry I can't remember her name, but she was very nice), gave me an envelope with a gentleman's card in it.  Key  Lime Cove - Indoor Waterpark Resort.  Dale McFarland, General Manager, and a Coupon in their for an appointment for whatever I wanted for 50 minutes. Well, as it worked out we went to Great America and the day I was leaving I had a facial appointment at 10:00 a.m. You will not believe this set-up and the people were so nice, so very nice.

They had these cool sinks that looked like bowls but they were sinks with a drain - for real! 

In back they give you a locker.

Or if you prefer privacy there were these lockers.

I also had a pedicure scheduled for 1:30, but I couldn't make it we had to check out by 11:00 and we had access to the park all day, but hubby had an appointment we had to catch, and they were otherwise booked that morning and only had time for my facial, but let me tell you...

Hi Barbara!  Is that for 'ME"???  OH BOY!

 As you can see dim lighting, & there was soft music, and special products all lined up waiting for use.

As I lay there with my feet semi propped up and my shoulders semi propped up and this somewhat of a recliner with a heater in it.  Oh Lordy my back was feeling so so good! She then put some cream on my face as she rubbed my chin, neck area, and then my forehead with this soothing cream that smelled so very good.  Then she started to rub my shoulders, and said I was intense.  HA - Tell me something I don't know.  She was so gentle and so nice and really new her stuff.

So, when I first walked in I said you're gonna do what, but then...

But as you can see I left one definitely happy camper!  My face felt so good and my tension was gone.  I definitely want to do that again sometime soon!  The soft music, the delicate smell, the soothing rub around the orbicularis oculi , Corrugator supercilii is a small, narrow, pyramidal muscle, placed at the medial end of the eyebrow, beneath the Frontalis and just above Orbicularis oculi., and then your buccinators is a thin quadrilateral muscle, occupying the interval between the maxilla and the mandible at the side of the face, which are all major muscles for relaxation..  Oh boy, if I only go back for that I would be one happy camper.  Even the heat from the recliner made my back feels so ultimately good.  You have just got to try it.  Talk about "SPOIL ME DAY"!  OH YEAH! DO IT - TO IT!  SPOIL ME OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!  A great big thank you to PARADISE MIST SPA and it's very professional team!

Our Vacation Part I - Key Lime Cove is the ultimate vacation!

From Dave:  Basically, you know you had a good vacation when having to go home feels like being evicted!

"No tan mucho como eso... mas como esa"!   Esa es la vida!

Key Lime Cove Right next to the front desk is all their awards.  So what does that tell you?

We were met by the nicest most helpful lady, Cathy and she explained where we could park so we could get to our room easily, and we were on the 4th floor right next to the elevator (very convenient for me).  

NOW IS THAT A HAPPY FACE OR WHAT?

Outside terrace to have lunch or a drink at "The Crazy Toucan"

And then we went to the restaurant there called "The Crazy Toucan" A Margarita Grille!  Oh yeah!  Great Service! Great Scenery and most important Great Margaritas... ooops I mean Great Food!  ~snicker~!!!  They had this terrace too that you could have your food out there or just a drink and see the entire water park.  It was so cool!  I soooo want to go back!  LOOK for their logo in my side bar it will take you right there to their website!

See I was there too!  I hardly take pics cuz I always have the camera LOL

We had breakfast by the sweet shop & Eve the waitress she was polite & so helpful.

 The rooms were clean, loved the bright colors and every thing looked so new and the most important part the bed & the pillows were so, so comfortable.  Not like usual hotels where they're like sleeping on the floor.  The sheets were so soft and the towels too!  Now that's a plus with me.  I hate scratchy towels & these were great and plenty of everything.  You wanted for nothing in this room.  Flat screen TV (not that we watched it, but we did when we wanted to see the weather channel), and there was WIFI or whatever they call it for my laptop so I was able to talk to y'all at home and tell you what a great time I was having and as you saw I sent some pictures already!  It was Dave's birthday and naturally I told everyone!  ~hehehe~  So, here's some more pics... oh and everyone I mean EVERYONE was fantastic.  Kathy was even going to set up a behind the scene tour for us, but we didn't have time, so maybe next time.  I'd really like to see that, an Dave too.  Maybe we'll go back for an overnight trip.  We took a walk around the place oh the stores, the scenery, the stores, the scenery, the stores, the cute things for children to do with games and the slides and swimming and the big bucket and the stores, and the sweets counter and they have... wait for it... wait for it... STARBUCKS COFFEE & I had a coffee mocha with white chocolate the waitress EVE who was very nice suggested it and even put a tad of whip cream, but used skim milk for me & it was SO GOOD!  Breakfast we had like an egg, ham, cheese muffin and they're cheaper then McDonald's.  Very reasonable and tasty!  We sat a table by the window & looked at the lovely scenery and everything was so clean & well kept.  I can't tell you enough how satisfied & happy I was with this entire place and trip.   OH!  Did I mention the COOL STORES???  

I had to get this.  Isn't this just too cool.  Music in the air like I was in Jamaica!

So, before I get carried away you really have to look up this website and see for yourself.  I have so many pictures I'd love to show you, and I've been showing them on Wordless Wednesday etc. every since we got back, but here's a few more that I love and then stay tune for the BEST PART OF THE TRIP MY PARADISE MIST SPA SERVICES...
