You would think I live a pretty low stress life.  WRONG! I have Spinal Stenosis, and I had back surgery back in 2006, and I'm sorry I did.  I'm always looking for new ways to relieve the pain.  My poor husband worries, but tells me he loves me every single day!  As far as anything sexual, that's next to nothing because he's afraid he'll hurt me.  I've gone to the health club, and have been doing water aerobics.  I'd like to tell you about this website was recommended by a friend.
