My question is:  Can you remember your favorite teacher in any school (grammar, high or college), and why he/she was your favorite?

My favorite teacher was a gentleman in high school who's name was Mr. Scelonge.   He was my General Science teacher, and he made school fun.  Just when I thought no one liked me, and I wanted to quit school he would tell all of us if ever we wanted to talk he would make the time, and what we talked about would be between him, I and the four walls.  It was the first time I heard that phrase, and I thought he was just full of beans or conning us just to get info, but he was for real, and became my best friend in high school., and if it wasn't for him I probably would have taken a different/wrong path.  Thank you Mr. Scelonge wherever you are.

Wasn't that fun?  Have a Great Weekend Everyone, and THANKS for stopping by, and following me.   Oh!  Don't forget"MONDAY'S MUSIC MOVES ME".   This week's theme is  a "FREEBIE"   Looking forward to seeing you all and  BRING ALL your friends.  HUGS  & Have a great weekend!

I remember a French teacher in college who was hot and always smelled good. He was a grad student.

Have a great Mother's day!

Mr. Baxter, my 11th grade English teacher. He was funny and I was one of few that liked his class because the assignment for the year was to read a book of personal choice each week and write a report. Because I was an avid reader from childhood, I felt that his class was not a task but pure enjoyment.

Love that picture of you and your brother... your faces are priceless. I always wanted an EasyBake Oven but never got one. Nikolaus (my oldest) wanted one for Christmas one year when he was around 12 and you know I got him one. The two of us had a ball making cakes and eating them. But then he found that eating the powder for the cakes plain was just as good. =)

I remember my biology/chemistry teacher in high school Gail Terrell. She was awesome... she made science interesting for girls when in wasn't popular and made me want to pursue a medical career. We even became friends after I became an adult and she had me and my then boyfriend over for dinner.

Absolutely LOVE that picture! The looks on your faces speak volumes. ;)

I had two favorite teachers - my Advanced English teacher (whose name escapes me at the moment) and my math teacher, Mr. Hardy. They were such awesome teachers no wonder I excelled in those classes. :)

Have a great weekend, Marie - and Happy Mother's Day! :)

I smiled for the Easy Bake oven reference, the hand holding comment and the black and white photo! All of those things took me back :)

Ahh siblings eh :)

I take the photo anyway :)

My fave teacher was in high school. She saw my potential and pulled it out.

She cared for me as a child more than most at that time.

My favorite teacher was my 6th grade english teacher. I can't remember his name for the life of me. I remember he was married to the music teacher. I had a little crush on him. But he is also the teacher who opened up the love of writing to me.
