We all have recipes from our family archives that we've collected over the years, and maybe some we have swapped from friends, magazines, cookbooks, & neighbors!

PerfectoSo, remember if you take one, sign our linky, grab our button, and we'll rush over to your place and grab yours!  Oh, and don't forget to follow and we'll happily return the love!  Maybe show some love with a comment if you're not too busy!   I can hardly wait to see your family's old recipes and try them!  That's it!  Short & Sweet!  Let's start cookin'!  Looking forward to seeing you.  So mark your calenders!  We'll be here every Thursday.   So, if you're stumped on what to make tonight stop over by Dolly & Lorie's RECIPE SWAP MEET!  Our button is in my right side bar!  ARE WE BUDS OR WHAT?  HERE'S MINE!  ENJOY!

Here's a little some some I make for parties, demonstrations and the like.  I use to make it just for the kids when they were little because they loved it, and it was good for them too (but I didn't tell them that).

I take a package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened), and I squished that in a bowl.  Then I took one of those very small cans of V8 juice and poured that in, and then a package of Seven Seas Italian seasonings in a packet, and poured that in there, and mix until it's nice and smooth.  You put it in a bowl put in the middle of a big plate surrounding it with fresh veggies such as celery, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower, and with the fresh veggies we're talking no calories to speak of ladies.  I promise you it'll be like Jays Potato Chips you won't be able to stop eating it!   Very tasty indeed, and what do I always say at the end of my recipes????  ALL TOGETHER.... NUMMMMMMMERSSSSS!

So now all you have to do is sign our linky to lead us and/or our guests to you to swap a recipe.  Check them all out, and we'll check yours.  If you don't want to write it all down & know of one on line just post a link to it on your blog or leave it in a comment if you prefer!  Enjoy and Bona Petite!!!  Thanks for cooking/sharing along with us!

I didn't think of V8! Genius! :)
