Mediterranean Chicken By Good Earth

General Mills sent me a box of this Mediterranean Chicken with angel hair pasta!  Mmmmm I says!  Sounds interesting let's see what we can do with this.  100% Whole Grain Angel Hair Pasta, creamy sauce with Olive Oil (okay, they're talking my language here), Mediterranean Seasoning and Seasoned Whole Wheat Flour.  Just add chicken.  Hmmmm...  General Mills’ new Restaurant Favorites® Good Earth™ dinner kits.  Look at this I can prepare a delicious restaurant-quality entree right here in my own kitchen.  No preservatives or artificial flavors (of course I added just a tad more fresh garlic), and 100 percent whole grain pasta or maybe I'll use brown rice, and all in less then 30 minutes.  What do you say we try it!

So, here's what I did.  I had these thin sliced breast of chicken, and I breaded mine.  Sauce is cooking.  Okay what's next?  Hmmm, Serve Chicken and Sauce over Pasta.  Sounds simple enough to me.
Out of the pan, into the dish.  Looking goooooood!  Smells Good!  This meal is so simple to make, and very reasonable.  The chicken cost about two dollars and some change!  Restaurant Favorites Good Earth dinner kits is now available in the dry dinners aisle of your local grocery store.

Suggested Retail Price: Each Restaurant Favorites Good Earth dinner kit has a suggested retail price of $4.79.
And now, a little drum roll please!  The FINALE!!!

AM I A GOOD COOK OR WHAT?!!
