WORDFUL WEDNESDAY - PUR WATER FAUCET FILTER!

My Give- Away is still going for a Sigg bottle and faucet mount from PUR Water Filtration System until April 30, 2010 11:59 p.m.
For this review & Give-Away I was sent a Faucet Mount, and yes as you can see off to the left is my PUR Water Filtration Pitcher, and to the right yes, I do recycle cans.  ~hehe~ Believe me when I found out that the city I live in has to treat our water because of the old water pipes etc. (upcoming post), I knew I had to do something, and I did.  You all walked down that road with me trying to find out what was going on, and I thank you.  Now my bloggy friends I want you to reap the rewards with me too.  Here is a filter that will give you good clean, fresh water.  I drink, and cook with it now.  This faucet mount has a new easy push & click installation, and my husband had it all installed in a matter of minutes.  My "Musical Handy Man", he's so nice to have around sometimes!  Okay... and this filter has a new Space Saving design with an Electronic Filter Life Indicator.  Now, I really like that; NO GUESSING!  I know right when to change the filter, and speaking of changing the filter it comes with a owners manual with instructions on how to change the filter, and you know what I think they had me in mind (blushing here)!  PICTURES!  Yes, pictures on how to change the filter.  PUR, I love you!  Talk about making my life easier. ~snicker~  Look there's me in the filter!  HI!Waving

This is our latest addition to our home.  Another PUR buddy who loves us, and wants to keep us healthy! HOT DOG!  This water is so refreshing.  I got to tell ya!  I made lemonade the other day, and man I said to myself, "Self!  I remember this taste when I was a kid.  mmmm Sure is good!"  Well, I'm getting use to this taste really fast, and I've noticed other places I drink water I CAN tell the difference if it's been filtered or not, and the NOT, is soooooo NOT!  Did you know that PUR water filters removes 99.9% microbial cysts, cryptosporidium and giardia from your water?  DANG!  That's good percentage for me.  The filter capacity lasts up to two to three months/100 gallons.  PUR also gives your a One Year Warranty with this filter.  PUR you're so nice to me!

Okay, I'm not saying run out and buy one of the PUR Water filtration faucet mounts right this very minute, BUT.............................. WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU WAITING FOR !

TAKE CARE MY FRIENDS AND THANKS TO ALL WHO ENTERED OUR GIVE-AWAY FOR THE PUR WATER FILTRATION FAUCET MOUNT AND SIGG WATER BOTTLE!

We just stopped ordering water in the big jugs. I think we are going to have get a filter of some kind. This one looks easy and sounds pretty effective. Nice review.

I love picture manuals too :) I freak out to put stuff together. So glad for my handy man too :)

I know what you mean about being able to tell if a place has filtered water or not. I can too.

My fave restaurant is Olive Gardens , but yuck on their water. And they try to use limes to disguise the icky taste.

We have a filter in our fridge and I love our water!

Enjoy the filter..well you are already enjoy it. lol

I have a PUR water filter pitcher thingy and it worked wonders. I would love the faucet hook-up, instead of always filling up the pitcher. UGH!

Although a water filter such as this one is better than nothing, these types of systems will not remove chemicals, toxins, and pharmaceuticals. A water filtration or purification system is required to remove these hazards from the water.
